We encourage all tech startups with min. 1 female founder who are interested in scaling to apply to our growth accelerator program. We select the 15 most promising growth cases to participate in the program and become a part of our exclusive network.
We have gathered the leading Danish and international experts, mentors, advisors and investors in order to support your growth journey with concrete, hands-on and personalized know-how.
We are collaborating with the leading players and stakeholders in the ecosystem, including DTU, Google, Vækstfonden, Startupbootcamp, KMD, Nordea Startup & Growth and many others.
We have also gathered the leading investors and tech VC’s in Europe, so you will get access to a large pan European investor network and get direct exposure to investors at Partner level. Gaining funding is often key to scaling a tech startup, but it can be challenging and time consuming to get access to leading investors. We have secured that access and will be facilitating one on one meetings, events and Demo day where you will get to pitch to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.

Ann-Christine Roope is the Founder of Ethan Partners a global Executive Search firm with a focus on C-, VP- and Director-level positions and Board Members for high growth companies in the Digital space. The firm has supported +150 companies in +50 countries. Ann-Christine previously worked for Rocket Internet as Global Director of Recruiting scaling 75 portfolio companies in 50 countries. Including global rollouts of Groupon, Zalando, HelloFresh, Glossybox, FoodPanda etc. Supported leading international investors with recruiting, due diligence and deal flow
Joo Runge has a background as an M&A and finance lawyer from well-known law firms but has since 2013 worked as board member and CEO for different high level companies in the Nordic. In 2016 Joo Runge founded Black Panther Consulting, a company working with growth, funding and debt finance to startups and funds benefiting from Joo Runge’s huge network of startups, experts and investors in Europe. Joo Runge also holds various positions as board member and is the founder of Women in Tech Switzerland
